The Compliance Officer at Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center was arrested for obstruction of justice after it was found that he did not report crimes and ordered others not to report crimes to the Richland County Sheriff's Department. To date, 62 unreported crimes are being investigated, resulting in 17 arrests.
