Flooded property on Gills Creek being restored to natural floodplain
Volunteers are working to restore an overgrown residential lot, damaged in the 2015 flood, to its natural floodplain habitat. They are laying a cardboard barrier to prevent erosion and overgrowth on the lot until they can plant native species.
